Wow, what a fantastic weekend of weather that was. And it looks like there’s an outside chance that we could be in for more of the same for the forthcoming Bank Holiday weekend (if you find the right forecast!).
So if you’re planning a date or even if you’re just on the lookout for a day out over the long weekend there should be a good few outdoor options for you to choose from. From music festivals to craft shows and sporting events to art galleries, there’s something to keep everyone busy on your extra “free” day off.
If you’re not within striking distance of any of these then hopefully they’ll serve as inspiration for something else to do this Bank Holiday. And if you know of another event then leave a reply below for others to read, or, if you’re heading to one the events we’ve mentioned let us know how it goes when you get back.
South-East

Ironbridge Coracle Regatta

Bank Holiday weekend brings all sorts of historical re-enactments to enjoy.
